Some people feel like they’re always “on,” have unresolved trauma, or are going through a particularly difficult season of life; circumstances that eventually lead to illness and worsening health. Effectively manage stress and trauma by producing a body that is able to achieve balance and deep relaxation through massage. We use breathing techniques and bodywork to help our clients and patients “find zero”. Finding Zero is a process using massage to resolve tension in the nervous system, specifically the Vagus nerve.
